Di gayi information true, correct aur updated honi chahiye

Galat information dene par account suspend ya terminate kiya ja sakta hai

3. User Account

Account security ki responsibility user ki khud ki hogi

Vendors apne products ki quality, price, description aur legality ke liye khud responsible honge

Product details vendors dwara provide ki jaati hain

Apna Hubs product ki accuracy, quality ya availability ki guarantee nahi deta

Images sirf reference ke liye ho sakti hain

6. Pricing & Payments

Product prices vendors set karte hain

Payments secure third-party payment gateways ke through process hoti hain

Apna Hubs payment failure ya gateway issues ke liye responsible nahi hoga

7. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Shipping aur delivery ki responsibility vendor ki hoti hai

Delivery time estimated hota hai, guaranteed nahi

Delay ya cancellation vendor policies par depend karega

8. Returns & Refunds

Return aur refund vendor ki individual policy ke according hoga

Apna Hubs sirf coordination platform hai, refund ka final decision vendor ka hota hai

9. Prohibited Activities

User ya vendor in kaam ko nahi karega:

Fraud, cheating ya misuse

Kisi aur ke rights ya privacy ka violation

10. Intellectual Property

Apna Hubs ka logo, name, design aur content company ki property hai

Bina permission copy, reuse ya distribute karna allowed nahi hai

Vendor aur buyer ke beech ke disputes ke liye Apna Hubs mediator nahi hai

12. Account Termination
